Restrictions

• Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Participants who have consumed any alcohol before their activity will not be allowed to participate.
• Participants with any of the following health conditions should check with their doctor before jumping and must inform the activity operator beforehand: Heart Conditions Epilepsy High Blood Pressure Diabetes Asthma Bone Disorders Neurological Disorders Recent or Recurring Dislocations Recent Eye Surgery Prosthetic limbs Any other recent surgery
• Participants must weigh between 40~100 kg to participate in this activity.
• Anyone under the age of 20 must either be accompanied by a parent or guardian or bring a waiver that has been pre-signed by their parent or guardian. However, it is advised that you consult the tour operator in advance if anyone under 20 wishes to participate.
• People 15 years old and above can participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

• Video taping is allowed. The filmer will not be allowed in the jumping platform, but will be able to film from the surrounding areas. Cameras will not be provided by the tour operator, so please bring your own camera and filming gear.
• You may carry a personal item while jumping, however, to prevent it from falling, it will be taped or strapped onto you. For items that are like to fall or if the tour operator finds the item to be dangerous when jumping, you may be asked to leave the item behind.
• The total duration is around 30 minutes but the time may differ due to the weather and the conditions of the day. Please note that the total duration may extend up to 120 minutes for groups of 6 to 10 people.
• This activity is subject to cancellation due to poor weather and maintenance. In such cases, you will receive a call from the activity provider regarding the cancellation. A cancellation fee will not be needed, however, please understand that additional transportation and accommodation fees will not be shouldered.

Dressing & Items to Bring

• You will end up hanging up-side down momentarily so wearing skirts is not advised. Loose and comfortable clothing that is appropriate for light activity is recommended.

Requirement(s) - other

• Stable, comfortable sneakers or close-toed sandals that are secured to your foot are recommended; please do not wear high-heels or open-toed sandals.
• We ask that guests with glasses take them off before jumping. Guests with contact lenses who worry about losing them during the jump are advised to remove their lenses.
